Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on the first month’s subscription payment, as Ful.CashPay provides immediate access to services and savings. This includes unlimited virtual care and access to pricing tools, discounts, and guidance throughout the month.

Per Google Play policies, all billing is handled by Google. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact Google Play support directly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until 11:59 PM Central Time on the last day of your current billing cycle.
  • After that time, your access to Ful.CashPay services will end, and no further charges will occur.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions.
  3. Select Subscriptions, then choose Ful.CashPay.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

We encourage you to use all available Ful.CashPay services during your active subscription period.
