Actual costs may vary based on individual healthcare circumstances, provider pricing, and other external factors. We make every effort to help users save money, but we cannot guarantee specific savings amounts.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to external providers. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or their terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months (or $100 if no payments were made).

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Iowa, USA law. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
